I, an individual (hereinafter — the “User”) who has visited the Operator’s website https://speech.systems/, give my Consent to receive advertising and informational electronic messages from Individual entrepreneur Aleksandr Nikolaevich Zhirnov, INN 614210823699, OGRNIP 323619600053708 (hereinafter — the “Operator”).

1. This Consent to receive advertising and informational electronic messages (hereinafter — the Consent) is the basis for the Operator to send the User informational messages, as well as advertising messages promoting services, platforms and products, and informing about personalised offers, campaigns, discounts and bonuses.

2. The User gives the Consent, which takes effect on the day it is given.

3. The User confirms that they act of their own will and in their own interest.

4. This Consent is specific, informed and conscious.

5. Informational and advertising messages will be sent to the contact details left by the User, including but not limited to email address and phone number.

6. The User is informed that at any time during the personal data retention period determined in accordance with the purposes of processing set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy, they may withdraw this Consent by sending a request to the Operator’s email address marked “Withdrawal of consent to receive advertising and informational electronic messages”.

7. The User gives the Consent, which takes effect on the day it is given and remains in force for 3 years or until it is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
