Consent to the processing and transfer of personal data

An individual (hereinafter — the “Visitor”) who visits the website https://speech.systems/, having read and accepted the terms of the Personal Data Processing Policy, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, gives their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the “Consent”) to Individual entrepreneur Aleksandr Nikolaevich Zhirnov, INN 614210823699, OGRNIP 323619600053708 (hereinafter — the “Operator”) on the following terms:
- This Consent is given for the processing of personal data by automated means.
- The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data and for the following purposes:

The Visitor’s consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous, and relates to a defined subject matter.
- Personal data is processed until the purpose of processing is achieved, or until the Parties have fully performed their obligations, or until the Visitor withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, or until the Operator ceases its business activity — whichever comes first, but no longer than 3 years from the Visitor’s last visit to the Operator’s website or service. The Consent may be withdrawn by the Visitor or their representative by sending the Operator a request using the contact details given in this Consent.
- If the Visitor or their representative withdraws the Consent, the Operator is entitled to continue processing personal data without it on the grounds set out in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.
- This Consent remains in force for as long as the processing of personal data set out in the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy continues.
